These terms apply to access and use of KalpOCR and the Kalp Document Intelligence workspace provided by Kalp Code Private Limited.

Authorized use

Users may access only the workspace, reader modules, APIs and documents authorized for their account. Login and API credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Uploaded documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process documents, images and related information.

Extracted results

OCR and automated extraction results should be reviewed before they are used for customs, financial, operational, legal or other important decisions.

Prohibited activity

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, APIs or infrastructure.
• Uploading unlawful, malicious or rights-infringing content.
• Interfering with service security, availability or normal operation.
